General Information for Posters

All poster presenters must register for at least one (1) day of the meeting. If you wish to attend additional activities or have a guest, you will need to register for those as well.

Poster Board Sizes 

Poster boards are 6′ x 4” (1.83m x 1.22m) and use pushpins. Posters or slides must be able to fit within these dimensions. Pushpins will be provided. Posters must be printed before the poster session.

Poster sessions will be located in the Hamilton Room.  Check back for updates about poster locations.
