What are the registration dates?
Early registration ends on July 29, 2016. Full meeting registration includes meeting publication and all meals provided. One day registration includes meeting publication and meals provided on the day of attendance only. Registration cancellations must be made in writing prior to July 29, 2016, in order to receive a refund minus $150 processing fee. There are no refunds on meeting registrations, workshop or tour tickets after July 29, 2016; however, you may send a substitute. What does my registration fee include?
Full meeting registration includes all meals provided at the meeting. Additional tickets can be purchased for guests in advance or onsite at the registration desk.
I am not an ANS Member, how do I become one?
If you are interested in taking advantage of the member rate, join ANS as a National Member at https://secure.ans.org/join/ Once you complete the member application, you can immediately register at the lower member fee. You must be an ANS National Member before you can register at the member rate. Questions regarding member benefits can be directed to members@ans.org or call Membership at 800-323-3044
Can I register onsite?
Yes, when pre-registration closes, you will be able to register onsite.
Will I receive a confirmation of my registration?
Yes, once payment has been processed, you will receive an email with a confirmation of your purchase for the 2016 TOFE Meeting.
What is your cancellation policy?
Registration cancellations must be made in writing prior to July 29, 2016, in order to receive a refund minus $150 processing fee. No refunds on meeting registrations, special events and tour tickets cancelled after July 29, 2016.
What if I can’t make it, but I can find a substitute?
Please contact registrar@ans.org, with the reason you are unable to attend, along with your substitute’s contact information.
I am bringing my family with me, are there activities for them to do?

What is the dress code?
Business or Business Casual. And while we are in Philadelphia, meeting rooms can run a bit on the cool side, so make sure to bring a jacket or sweater.

Does ICAPP have a room block for attendees?
The group rate is $169.00 single/double plus application taxes. Reservations must be booked by July 23, 2016 to receive the group rate. Rooms booked after this date may be reserved at the hotel prevailing rate, based on availability. Please go to the HOTEL page for more information.
I’m a Speaker, do I need to register?
Yes. All speakers must register for either a (1) day or for the full meeting. If you wish to attend additional activities or have a guest, you will need to register for those as well.
Onsite at the conference: All speakers and session chairs must sign in at the TOFE Registration Desk.
I’m a Speaker, and I need a Visa, who should I contact?
Please apply for a Visa at http://travel.state.gov. If you require a letter of invitation, email Keith Rule at krule@pppl.gov. APPLY EARLY! Visa processing can take from one to four months.
