What are the registration dates?

All registration information is available on the ANS Virtual Winter Meeting website.  Please contact the ANS Registrar at telephone number 708/579-8316 or email registrar@ans.org with any questions.

What does my registration include?
Full meeting registration includes all TOFE and ANS Winter Meeting sessions and all social events.

I am not an ANS Member, how do I become one?

If you are interested in taking advantage of the member rate, join ANS as a National Member at https://secure.ans.org/join/ Once you complete the member application, you can immediately register at the lower member fee. You must be an ANS National Member before you can register at the member rate. Questions regarding member benefits can be directed to members@ans.org or call Membership at 800-323-3044

Can I register during the meeting?
Yes, the registration will be available before and during the meeting.

Will I receive a confirmation of my registration?

Yes, once payment has been processed, you will receive an email with a confirmation of your purchase for the 2020 TOFE Meeting.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please contact registrar@ans.org, for more information.

What if I can’t make it, but I can find a substitute?

Please contact registrar@ans.org, with the reason you are unable to attend, along with your substitute’s contact information.

What is the dress code?

Business or Business Casual.

Are there any sponsorship opportunities?

Yes! Please check the EXHIBITORS AND SPONSORS page.

I’m a Speaker, do I need to register?

Yes. All speakers must register for either a (1) day or for the full meeting. If you wish to attend additional activities or have a guest, you will need to register for those as well.
